More builders, not more desks

Gaximus runs on a simple bet: one AI-amplified person can carry work that used to take a team. As more missions land, we're adding people who work the same way — not rebuilding the org chart we collapsed, but adding more end-to-end owners.

The person we're looking for is self-driven and takes ownership of a project the way we do: from the first conversation, through the build, all the way to delivery — and the support that follows. Nobody hands you a ticket here, and nobody picks up after you.

These aren't necessarily full-time seats, either. Freelancers and collaborations are welcome — if you work lean and own your outcomes, we'll find a shape of engagement that fits.

Every role comes with the same expectation: AI is part of how you work every day, not a keyword on your resume. You'll use it to cover more ground than your job title suggests — and to keep the loop between you and the client as short as possible.

Open roles

Four disciplines, one way of working

Whatever the discipline — and whether full-time, freelance or collaboration — you own your lane end to end: from brief through delivery and the support after it, talking to clients directly while AI carries the repetitive weight.

  • Business Development

You find the businesses that need the lean way of building and walk them from first conversation to signed, fixed-scope proposal. No relay chain behind you — you scope with the builders directly.

    What we look for

    • Can scope a digital project in one good conversation — websites, apps, marketing, social
    • Consultative, not scripted: you listen for the real problem before pitching
    • Writes short, sharp proposals and emails people actually read
    • Uses AI daily for prospect research, outreach drafts and pipeline hygiene
    • Comfortable selling fixed scope and fixed price — no billable-hour reflexes

  • Designers

You design systems, not one-off screens — and you iterate on the live product, not slide decks of mockups. Clients react to working screens you shaped that same day.

    What we look for

    • Strong fundamentals in typography, hierarchy and layout — the taste AI can't fake
    • Thinks in design systems: tokens, components and rules that scale past one page
    • Fluent with AI design tooling for exploration and iteration — and knows when to overrule it
    • Comfortable designing directly in or close to code; working screens over static mockups
    • Can defend a design decision to a client in plain language

  • Software Engineers

You carry a build end to end: design collaboration, architecture, code, deploy, monitoring. AI agents are your daily pair — you direct them, review them and stay accountable for every line that ships.

    What we look for

    • Full-stack and end-to-end: you own a project from brief to production
    • Drives AI coding agents and assistants daily — and treats their output as a draft to review, never a final answer
    • Fundamentals strong enough to catch what AI gets wrong
    • Product sense: you talk to clients directly and push back when the brief hurts the outcome
    • Bias to ship early and iterate on the live thing

  • Project Managers

We collapsed internal coordination — this role points outward. You keep several client missions clear and moving at once: scope honest, decisions unblocked, updates short and in writing.

    What we look for

    • Ruthless prioritization across parallel projects — you protect the builders' focus
    • Short written updates over standing meetings, always
    • Automates the routine with AI: status summaries, follow-ups, meeting notes, checklists
    • Guards scope like a hawk — changes get re-priced, not absorbed silently
    • Calm single point of clarity for clients when things get busy

Show us your AI skills — don't just list them

AI fluency is a hiring requirement at Gaximus, not a nice-to-have. When you send your resume, include a demonstration of your AI skills: a link, attachment or short write-up showing something real you produced with AI amplification — a workflow you automated, a project you shipped leaner, a before-and-after of your output.

Tools change monthly; what we're hiring is the instinct to reach for them well. Applications that show rather than tell go straight to the top of the pile.

Sound like the way you already work?

Send your resume in — full-time, freelance or collaboration. No open-role treadmill here: we read everything, and we'll contact you if there's a fit.
