About Gaximus
The agency, minus the agency
Gaximus is a Singapore digital studio that collapses the traditional agency team into one AI-amplified builder. Instead of routing your project through a designer, project manager, developer and QA — each handoff adding cost and losing context — it stays in one head: the person you email is the person who designs, builds, deploys and stands behind the result.
We build websites, web apps and mobile apps on modern stacks, run marketing and paid media campaigns, and design social content systems — end to end, without the payroll of a five-role team.
The builder
A note from the person you'll be emailing
I'm a software engineer by profession. I've spent my career shipping production software inside real teams, and I kept seeing the same pattern from the inside: most of a project's budget doesn't buy craft — it buys coordination. Project managers relaying decisions, designers waiting on feedback rounds, QA queues, an infra team keeping the lights on. Reasonable roles, every one of them — and every one adding meetings, handoffs and salary to your invoice.
Then AI changed what one engineer can carry. Design directions that once took a studio days of mockups can be explored and refined in an afternoon, on real screens. Tests are drafted by AI and run on every single change, so quality is continuous instead of a stage at the end. Managed platforms and AI-driven tooling handle deploys, scaling and monitoring without an ops department. And when the whole project lives in one head, there's nothing left to project-manage.
I started Gaximus because businesses shouldn't have to fund five salaries to ship one product. You bring the goals; AI and I carry the rest.
Where the roles went
Same disciplines, fewer desks
None of the work disappears — the desks between the work do. AI carries each discipline's repetitive weight so one accountable builder can hold them all.
Project managers
Coordination exists because context is split across people. With one owner holding the full picture, decisions take minutes, not meetings — there's simply nothing to relay.
Designers
AI-assisted design lets one builder explore directions, build the design system and iterate visuals in hours. You react to working screens, not slide decks of mockups.
QA engineers
AI drafts the test suites and every change runs through them automatically. Quality becomes a constant property of the build, not a queue at the end of it.
Infra engineers
Modern managed platforms plus AI tooling handle deploys, scaling, backups and monitoring — the reliability of an ops team without staffing one.
The mission
Eliminate the unnecessary
Strip out everything that stands between an idea and a shipped product. Use AI wherever it makes the work sharper and the loop tighter. Keep feedback as lean as possible: you talk to the builder, the builder builds, you see it live, we iterate.
Shorter loops mean fewer misunderstandings, lower costs and better products. That's the whole company.
